Beach combing is just a short drive away from our properties, and the surf can be heard at each one.
Sargent is located on a wonderful flyway along the Texas coast, providing a rich opportunity to view many species of birds right from your private deck or pier. You may see year round residents like various Herons, Egrets, Roseate Spoonbills, Rails, Terns and Brown Pelicans, or annual wintering birds like the magnificent White Pelicans. You may even see some passing migrants, like Warblers, Yellow-headed Blackbirds, Orioles and Grosbeaks.
